Antram Foods: Return and Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed, Antram Foods generally does not accept return or refund requests. However, we are committed to working with our customers to find a fair solution in the following situations:
Damaged Product:
- Notify Antram Foods within 2 days ofa delivery by emailing antramfoods@gmail.com.
- Include the order number, an image of the invoice, one photo of the outer box, and two clear images of the damaged product.
- We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance.
- Returns or replacements will be decided by Antram Foods.
Missing Product:
- Report any missing products within 3 days of delivery confirmation by Email at antramfoods@gmail.com
- Include the order number, an image of the invoice, one photo of the outer box, and two clear images of the opened box showing all items received.
- We cannot process refund requests but will promptly resend the missing product.
- We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance
Spoiled Product:
- Report spoilage within 10 days of delivery by emailing antramfoods@gmail.com
- Include the order number, date of packaging/manufacture, and clear images or a video of the product.
- We cannot accept returns due to variances in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are all-natural and unaltered.
- We will work to provide a fair solution and may replace the product after thorough investigation.
- We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance.
