Antram Foods: Return and Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Antram Foods generally does not accept return or refund requests. However, we are committed to working with our customers to find a fair solution in the following situations:

Damaged Product:

  1. Notify Antram Foods within 2 days ofa delivery by emailing antramfoods@gmail.com.
  2. Include the order number, an image of the invoice, one photo of the outer box, and two clear images of the damaged product.
  3. We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance.
  4. Returns or replacements will be decided by Antram Foods.

Missing Product:

  1. Report any missing products within 3 days of delivery confirmation by Email at antramfoods@gmail.com
  2. Include the order number, an image of the invoice, one photo of the outer box, and two clear images of the opened box showing all items received.
  3. We cannot process refund requests but will promptly resend the missing product.
  4. We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance

Spoiled Product:

  1. Report spoilage within 10 days of delivery by emailing antramfoods@gmail.com
  2. Include the order number, date of packaging/manufacture, and clear images or a video of the product.
  3. We cannot accept returns due to variances in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are all-natural and unaltered.
  4. We will work to provide a fair solution and may replace the product after thorough investigation.
  5. We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance.
